Our mission
To empower pageant producers, award organizers, reality competitions and associations across Nigeria and Africa to monetize fan engagement with fraud-proof, real-time voting — so that every contest is decided by genuine supporters, not by fraud.
Our vision
To become the trusted voting infrastructure of African contests — the platform voters recognize as legitimate, organizers rely on for settlement, and contestants use to turn a fanbase into a winning movement.
What we're built on
Four pillars carry every contest on VoteInsta, from a two-contestant poll to a multi-category pageant.
Real-time live leaderboards
Vote counts and rank positions update live as payments confirm, so supporters can see exactly where their favourite stands — and rally behind them.
Frictionless Paystack payments
Voters pay with card, bank transfer or USSD and never need an account. Every vote is recorded only after the payment is verified.
Vote receipt & status tracking
Every supporter can confirm the votes recorded against their email or phone number — transparency for voters, fewer disputes for organizers.
Automated wallet withdrawals
Earnings settle into an organizer wallet automatically after each contest ends, with verified payouts to their own bank account.
Who we serve
Any contest decided by supporters. Each audience gets the voting model that fits — paid, free or invite-only.
Pageants
Run multi-category pageant voting with contestant profiles, live podiums and nomination forms that turn fans into contestants.
Award shows
Open public voting for awards, then publish certified final standings the moment voting closes.
Talent competitions
Let supporters vote their favourite acts forward with per-vote pricing, campaign cards and QR codes built for sharing.
Student & association polls
Free or invite-only voting with duplicate-vote checks by email, phone and session — credible results for elections and polls.
Trust, engineered in
Payments are verified through Paystack before votes count. Free votes are checked by email, phone and browser session. Invite-only contests require a matching email and one-time access code. Community partners who bring organizers onto the platform are tracked transparently. And admins review every payout request before money leaves the platform.
Our role is deliberately narrow and clear: we run the voting, verify the payments and settle the wallet. Contest rules, judging and prizes belong to the organizer. See our disclaimer for the full picture, and our terms & conditions for the rules of the platform.
